How does it work?
Our technology
Visual Rights Group's reverse image tracking technology scans the internet for matches to your images. Thanks to our virtually unlimited capacity, it doesn't matter how large your photo archive is - ten thousand photos or ten million - it's all doable. What's more, our technology finds your photos even if they have been cropped, mirrored or otherwise edited afterwards.
Manually filtered results
Once the scan is finished, Visual Rights Group employees manually filter all results. We remove websites that cannot be pursued, territories where we don’t work and other results that are mismatched from the list. After that, you decide which results you want us to take action on and which are permitted uses.
Flexible reporting
You review your results in our user friendly dashboard. There you can see at a glance where your images are being used, and whether something is an infringement or not can be indicated at the press of a button.
Our legal expertise
Our legal team, specialised in copyright law, checks the images you have marked, verifies that they are infringements, and supervises the settlements. They take care of the negotiation so that you receive compensation and the photo is taken offline.
A human approach
When there is a copyright infringement, we first try to reach an amicable settlement without the intervention of lawyers or bailiffs. If an amicable settlement is not possible, we decide together with you whether to start legal proceedings for the infringement.
